I work in a B2B model, tailoring the scope of activities to the actual needs of the project and the organization. In my work, I focus on transparency, maturity, a holistic perspective, and flexibility, because projects rarely run in a straight, predictable way, and organizations need solutions that genuinely work.
For over 10 years, I have been supporting business, technology, operations, analytical, and legal teams. The varying priorities, paces of work, and maturity levels of these teams have taught me that effectiveness stems from aligning the way of working with the context and stage of the project.
In practice, this means consciously using various approaches – Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, elements of Six Sigma, or classic Waterfall – depending on what best supports the achievement of goals and the pace of delivery. In my projects, I also use process improvement practices (Lean, Value Stream Management), change management, and product and experience design.
The most important thing is that the way of working supports the team, facilitates delivery, and helps achieve project goals – regardless of the methodology behind the process.

I am a Project Manager and consultant with over 10 years of experience in projects, processes, technology, and working with people. I have led projects in business, operational, and IT environments, working at the intersection of analysis, development, UAT, UX, system implementations, and operational changes—both in Poland and within international structures.
Over the past few years, I have worked with teams having very diverse priorities—analytical, development, consulting, operational, and legal—as well as with top management. I managed a 15-person team of specialists, fostering their development, the achievement of goals, and efficient work organization and communication.
I have experience in leading key projects, managing teams, and coordinating work across multiple areas simultaneously. I design processes, improve workflows, analyze data, and diagnose operational problems. I implement solutions that improve delivery predictability and raise execution quality – both locally and in international projects.
I am also a co-creator of the development application Career Simulations. I am responsible for product conception, role structure, development logic, and user experience—combining design practice with knowledge of competence development.
I have a degree in Law, National Security, Project Management, and Business Coaching, as well as numerous training courses and certifications in management, analysis, technology, and working with people (including SAP, AWS, Agile, Facilitation, WorldCC, EY Academy of Business, University of Michigan).
I combine business, technological, and operational perspectives, which allows me to create practical, scalable solutions tailored to the real needs of the organization.
